I recently had a complete roof replacement on my house in Jacksonville NC. I never experience the outstanding service I received from Enrique and his crew. He managed the complete project of my roof from start to finish. Enrique made sure that I new what was going on every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure the project was completed correctly and took concern that I was satisfied. My wife and I appreciate everything that Enrique, Rodas construction did for us on our roofing project. Although we live in Jacksonville I hope we will be able to use Rodas construction on all our home improvement projects in the future.

Working with Chris Holland to determine the damage to the roof and interface with the insurance adjuster was professional and easy. The materials used provided a lifetime warranty. The installation crew was professional and worked quickly, with the job finished in two days and completely cleaned up. Speaking as a retired licensed general contractor, I wish I had them available when I was building and remodeling houses at the beach.

We just had a huge project completed by Rodas. Insulated vinyl siding, windows, gutters and porch railing. I can’t say enough about the attention to details and delivering what they promised — full satisfaction. A huge shout out to Eric Rodas for excellent management of the project. Chris Holland was the first to respond to my request for an estimate on replacing our roof. He was very informative and left detailed information including shingle samples which became very helpful for selecting the color of paint for the next project--painting the house. The Rodas estimate came quickly and I spent some time obtaining estimates from a number of good roofers before selecting Rodas. Chris followed up and answered additional questions on options. The project included added a metal roof to a portion of the entire roof. When the metal roof came it was not the exact color we selected (the manufacturer changed the tint without alerting Rodas). Chris offered a reasonable discount without being asked. He also stopped by at each step of the project, including the important end of project follow up.

Great Customer service is hard to come by these days. These guys have it right. Great customer service and great communication. Chris Holland had great communication from start to end. Even when he ordered wrong color of metal for front porch, he made it right, removed and reinstalled with no delay. Even had a willingness to try to recover some of my costs for the install guys nailing through my freon line that was laying against roof sheathing. Great quality job.

Rodas is an amazing company. Cole Faulkner gave us so much time and attention during the decision-making process, from assessing and measuring our roof to create the most accurate estimate possible, to giving advice on old leaks, and even assessing the roof of a detached building, which we also replaced. Cole and the whole Rodas team communicated timely and clearly. The crew who replaced our roof were also amazing--fast, professional, and very good at cleaning up after the job. The entire experience was positive and my wife and love our new roof and are so glad we chose Rodas to do the work!

Chris Holland and his crew replaced our roof with Rodas construction and what a great experience. Chris explained everything very clearly and gave us time to think things over. The crew was one day off from scheduling due to rain, So that’s great scheduling. They were very nice, timely and did a Awesome job. The crew did the roof in one day, replaced a little wood, new pipe boots, roof vents, added ridge vents and new drip edge. They Installed Lifetime Architectural Shingles that look great. They went around the yard getting the nails and did a great clean up. The crew working Very well with one another in the heat and looking out for one another getting drinks and cooling down as they could. Great company from top to bottom, they care about The work they do as well as the customer. Thanks for the hard work, the house looks great due to you.

Todd Hellier did a great job on the roofing presentation. He also provided me with other options for my gutters and repairs that we will need. (The roof is bad guys!... even I can see that) Todd was patient and he made us feel very comfortable. Where I have had people come out to give an estimate that only took 30 minutes. Todd took his time, he walked the perimeter of my property, measured and seen all issues that were a concern. It took a few hours, but he was thorough and it was well worth knowing all the problem areas we needed to be concern with. We are actually looking at doing a bigger project with Todd and this company. Rodas Construction not only does roofs but has so many options on many different types of repairs. I’d rather deal with one company that can do it all. By far, I’d do business with him any day, because he cares and he is honest.

I was pleased that Rodas Construction offered me three options of roofing materials from two manufacturers. They explained the differences and price and also went over various fittings, caps, etc. When I decided on what I wanted Rodas scheduled my job and completed removal of old roofing and installation in one day, taking 10 hours to completion including replacement of skylights. Fantastic experience. I highly recommend Rodas.

Chris and the roofers where professional from start to finish. The roof looks great. The process was so easy we should have had Rodas replace our roof years ago. When the roof was finished the clean up perfect. There wasn’t any trash left in our yard.

Happy Customer. Met with Chris (on time to our appointment) and he was very friendly and professional explaining everything about how they work and what I would be getting. Got me a quote quickly and worked with me to have it fit my budget. Got me on the schedule quickly. There was a two day weather delay due to the cold, but that was out of their control. Rodas put on a roof for us in Wake Forest and Carolina Beach. The staff was courteous, professional, and hardworking. At Carolina Beach, we did a fortified roof.
